This policy applies to the Tiara E-Brochure mobile application published by Tiara Commercial & Industrial Corporation. It also explains what may happen when users choose to open external websites or contact us.

The current version of the app is an offline electronic product brochure that provides tire information such as brands, patterns, sizes, prices, load indices, and speed indices.

2. Information the app collects

The current version of the app does not intentionally collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information through the app.

In particular, the app does not require or collect:

• Names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials
• Precise or approximate device location
• Contacts, call logs, or text messages
• Photos, videos, camera, or microphone data
• Financial information or payment-card data

The current app does not need access to sensitive device permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or biometrics for its normal brochure functions.

Internet access may be used only when a user voluntarily opens an external link, such as the Tiara website, a dealer page, or an online marketplace.

The current app does not create user accounts and does not maintain a server-side database of app users. Therefore, there is ordinarily no app account or app-collected personal information for Tiara to delete.

A person may contact Tiara to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information previously submitted directly to Tiara, subject to applicable legal and operational limitations.
